Hi, I’m Lauren! I work with adults, children, and young people who might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, or just feeling overwhelmed by life. You might notice that this website is simple and uncomplicated and that's intentional - I'd much rather have a quick, friendly chat than have you scrolling through pages of information. 

​

You might be someone who’s used to holding it all together on the outside but inside, things feel very different. Or you might be a young person trying to navigate friendships, school, family, or big emotions that feel hard to explain.

​

Whatever brings you here, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable talking to me quickly, and that’s important. This work matters deeply to me as I know how easy it is to keep pushing through, to feel pressure to cope, or to believe you should have everything figured out. That’s why it was important to me to create a space that’s supportive, down-to-earth, and real. A space where you don’t have to perform, overthink, or pretend you’re okay. Just somewhere you can say things out loud and start to feel more like yourself again.
