Policies
Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to me, and confidentiality is a key part of our work together. What you share in our sessions remains strictly confidential, except in rare circumstances where there is a legal or ethical duty to break confidentiality - such as if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
If confidentiality ever needs to be breached, I will always aim to discuss this with you first where possible.
If you have any questions or concerns about confidentiality, I am happy to talk them through with you.
Cancellation Policy
At Thinking Out Loud I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee being charged.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at my discretion.

Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of providing counselling services and is stored securely. I will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).
