Book a session 

I offer both online and face-to-face sessions, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.

 

If you’d prefer to meet in person, I offer sessions in both Romsey and Bedford Place in Southampton. 

Getting Started is Simple

Taking that first step can feel like a big one, but I aim to make it as easy as possible.

Please get in touch via phone, email, or social media - I aim to respond within 12 hours. (Please note that there is no option to book via my website at present.)

How It Works

Step 1 – Free Initial Consultation (10 minutes)
We’ll start with a relaxed, no-pressure chat. This is your space to ask any questions, share a little about what’s been going on for you, and get a feel for whether working together feels right.

Step 2 – First Full Session (50 minutes – £65 for individual sessions and £75 for couples sessions)
This session is about getting to know you. We’ll gently explore what’s been happening in your world, what you’d like support with, and begin to think about how we can work together in a way that feels right for you.

Step 3 – Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes – £65 for individual sessions and £75 for couples sessions)
This is where your journey really begins. Each session is shaped around you, your needs, your pace, and your goals. Whether you choose to come weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, we’ll work together in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

There’s also a discount available if you choose to book a block of six sessions.
