Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. When we seek change, we often rely on willpower and determination which are functions of the conscious mind. However, it is the subconscious mind that plays the greatest role, as this is where imagination resides, shaping our thoughts, behaviours, and outcomes.

In a deeply relaxed state, the mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions, making it easier to break unhelpful patterns, overcome fears, and enhance well-being. Since imagination is central to hypnosis, and it is rooted in the subconscious, relaxation allows for deeper, more effective change.
Hypnotherapy can support a range of concerns, including anxiety, phobias, stress management, smoking cessation, and confidence building.
It is important to understand that unlike stage hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy is a collaborative process - You remain fully in control throughout each session.

Counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy that offers a safe, confidential, and professional space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges with a trained therapist. It can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, and self-esteem.

Sessions are client-led, which means you decide what to talk about, at your own pace, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
My sessions are your space for you to talk about whatever’s on your mind - there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll take things step by step, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You might want to:
